Another day of spelling bee competition at school. This time it was Jacob's turn!! He did it! Jacob won second place for 3rd grade! HIP HIP HOORAY!
It was quite a show down between him and the little girl who one 1st place. They tied twice and then, Jacob was given the word rhombus. The h stumped him---easily done---if you didn't already know it was there, how would you know? You definitely can't hear it when you say it---right?
We are so proud of you buddy, you did an amazing job today---congratulations!
CONGRATULATIONS, JACOB!!! We are so proud of him...and I don't think I would have put an H in that word, either! Amazing job...a worthy "fight to the finish" and I hope he is proud of himself! We love you, Buddy!!!
